Domestic
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS and will be insured. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of each order.
I am currently only shipping to the US.
International
Unfortunately I am unable to ship internationally at this time.
Returns
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify me by email hello@whimwares.com so we can start the claims process with the shipping company. Please take photos of the damaged box and items to add to claim. For undamaged returns, buyer will be responsible for safely repackaging the item and covering the cost of return shipping.
Product Care
Whim Wares products are made with cone 6 stoneware and food safe, lead-free glazes. To retain the quality of your piece and ensure longevity, hand-washing is recommended, however, the products are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Avoid moving products between extreme hot and cold environments such as an oven or freezer, as this could cause thermal shock and cracking.
Avoid citrus and harsh, abrasive cleaners.
